Honey Basil Lime Chicken


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp olive oil
¼ c. lime juice
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp dried basil
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp grated lime peel
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp pepper


Combine marinade ingredients. Add chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill or broil chicken for 10-15 minutes per side. Can also bake chicken for 20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165° F
