When You Come in for Your Appointment:

• A face mask is required.
• We will be performing mandatory temperature checks upon arrival.
• Please come to your appointment alone whenever possible. If patients come with a guest they will be asked to wait in a waiting area outside of our office.
• If you are ill or believe that you may have been exposed to coronavirus, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
