Chopped Mexican Wrap
2 TBSP Salsa
2 TBSP Fat-Free Plain Greek Yogurt
⅛ TSP Chili Powder
⅛ TSP Ground Cumin
3 oz Cooked Chicken Breast, Chopped
1 Medium Tortilla (look for one with 150 calories or less)
¼ Cup Shredded Lettuce
2 Onion Slices
¼ of an Avocado
¼ Cup Canned Black Beans
- In a medium bowl, combine salsa, yogurt and seasonings. Mix well. Add chicken and stir to coat.
- Heat tortilla in a pan or microwave, until warm
- Top tortilla with lettuce, avocado, chicken mixture and beans. Wrap tightly. Enjoy!
