Since my weight loss surgery I have so much more energy and confidence. Before my surgery I would get out of breath just walking around. I had horrible cholesterol levels and was at risk for becoming diabetic. I am no longer medicated for my cholesterol and my A1C is phenomenal. I can now chase my two small children with ease. Also, shopping for clothes in the store was nearly impossible, but now I can shop anywhere.
If you are contemplating bariatric surgery – Do It. Don’t wait! Get your life back on track. The process is tough, but so rewarding.
My quality of life has improved exponentially. I no longer have to worry about whether I can fit on playground equipment with my children. I have found so much joy in the gym and getting healthy.
My future goals include maintaining my current weight and continuing my health journey in the gym.
