  • Opt for lower-fat milk options or unsweetened milk alternatives—whole milk is often the‬ default for most drinks.‬

Caffeine Reminder:‬

Opt for decaf beverages for at least 1–2 months after surgery. Caffeine can delay healing, and‬ your risk of dehydration is higher during the first few weeks post-surgery. Ensure you’re‬ well-hydrated before reintroducing caffeinated drinks into your routine, aiming for at least 64‬ fluid ounces of hydrating fluids per day.
