Baked Apple Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 apples of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 225° F
  • Wash and dry the apples
  • Core the apples and then slice apples horizontally as thin as possible to form rings. Or slice the apple horizontally first and then remove the core from each slice
  • Put the apples slices in a bowl with the cinnamon and mix until the apple slices are evenly coated
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Place the apple rings on the baking sheet in a single layer with some space in between each
  • Bake for 1 hour. Then flip each slice and bake for another hour or until desired crispness is reached
