Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie
- 3 frozen bananas
- ¼ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 1-2 scoops protein powder (can use unflavored, peanut butter, or even chocolate flavored!)
- 1 ½ cups skim milk
- ½ cup low fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp sweetener
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp chopped roasted peanuts
Combine bananas, peanut butter, milk, yogurt, sweetener, protein powder and salt into a blender.
Blend until smooth
Garnish with peanuts and enjoy!
