Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie


  • 3 frozen bananas
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder (can use unflavored, peanut butter, or even chocolate flavored!)
  • 1 ½ cups skim milk
  • ½ cup low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp chopped roasted peanuts


Combine bananas, peanut butter, milk, yogurt, sweetener, protein powder and salt into a blender.

Blend until smooth

Garnish with peanuts and enjoy!
