Mixed Berry and Vanilla Oatmeal

Ingredients

1 cup oatmeal (minute oatmeal, quick oats, etc.)
1 ¾ cup milk
3 Tbsp brown sugar substitute
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 tsp salt
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup strawberries
¼ cup granola (optional)

Directions

Pour milk, vanilla, and salt into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat, stir in oats and brown sugar substitute. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes while stirring until desired consistency is reached. Remove from heat, place oatmeal into a small bowl, top with fruit and granola if desired and enjoy!

*Tip: Mix and match your berries! Also try with raspberries and blackberries!
